I ordered online (order number U24598705) and paid US dollars 39.95 to SWREG Inc in November by credit card for the software called Google Cash Machine. I did not hear from SWREG Inc and then I asked that my payment should be refunded. I have sent at least 10 emails to both the companies and all I get is an acknowledgement by email that my complaint has been registered but no resolution of the request for a refund. I did not download the software and I think I am entitled to a refund by these companies who I suspect are not playing fair by not even responding to complaints.
