I didn't agree to anything other than trial sample but this amount was taken from my credit card twice I finally got refund for first product that I didn't request but no refund from second one I received I was told my account was cancelled & to send it back for refund That was a month ago now No refund no reply to my emails

I live in Australia so cannot use their phone numbe
