I ordered the Pure Collagen trial product in August. This never arrived at my address in Australia, so I phoned the company and cancelled any further product. They said a jar of pure collagen had already been dispatched but if I returned it unopened they would refund the $99.99 which had been charged to my credit card. It arrived & I returned it unopened on 1st October.
By October 26 I had not received a refund so I phoned the company and was given a 50% refund & told I would get the rest when the product arrived. I have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls since that date but they still have not refunded the other 50% of my money. They keep saying there is a problem with my bank account and it does not accept the refund, but I do not believe this. They refuse to send a cheque or any other form of payment. My bank account is exactly the same as it was when they took my money.
They appear to be scammers and I would never deal with them again.
