I ordered a sample pack only 1 Vitaderm for $2.97 paid with my visa. I did receive the sample and now they have taken out of my visa account the amount of $79.99, which i did not authorize them to take that amount from my visa. This is FRAUD. I had to call my bank to get a phone number to question the charge, and when I called, I was told that I could not get my money back, but my account would be cancelled and no further charges would occur. They said they would send me 3 "free" bottles of their product. How is it free if they already charged me for it? I haven't received anything.
