Called and requested info on a loan. Was told nothing will happen unless I accept, the loan&the membership everything. I never accepted and wham the 99.49 shows up as a check purchase out of my account. Called the office during THEIR business hours, had to leave message's, no responses. Cancelled the membership on 1/27... Nothing yet, other than the paperwork I printed off saying it was cancelled and it will take "about" 30 days.
