I ordered the free trial on January 19. I contacted the company several times by phone and e-mail to ask why I had not received the product. I finally got it on Feb 23. They had already charged my credit card the above amount on Feb 8. When I contacted them about the charge I was told that I had 16 days from the time I ordered the product to try it then they charge for the product if I hadn't contacted with a problem. I had contacted the by phone and e-mail and they had responded acknowledging that they seemed to believe that I hadn't received it and the problem was probably at Canada customs. I even suggested that they allow me to test the product for a week before charging. That's not going to happen
