Wrote a review and they rejected it - Internet retail

Comments: just received my ryobi recon saw. Its missing parts the zipper
pull, and saw blades and it came filthy and looking well used and not
what was represented...
Thats what I wrote and they rejected it saying it didnt meet there tou. Really thats what i wrote complete pulled from my email copy and paste no alterations
