Review of termite product with plastic needle was rejected

I wrote a review on a product they sell, Term out for termites. I just mentioned that they switched from a metal needle to a plastic one, and that the plastic needle bent when I tried to place it in the termite holes, and they rejected my review.

I guess they only accept positive reviews.
