I decided to try the free trial at no charge, sent them back, they did not work and they keep sending me products I never ordered and billing me more than I would pay for Clarins or Clinique at Macy's. Crazy — I will never try a "free" trial on anything ever again — Don't these people have to be accountable to someone for lying to consumers
