In January I ordered one free trial offer of Aqualift and one free trial offer of Vitaderm. I was only supposed to be billed for s&h, $3.95 for Aqualift and $4.97 for Vitaderm.in February they sent me another order of each. My credit card was billed for $74.99 on 1/31 for Aqualift and $79.99 on 2/2 for Vitaderm. It took forever to get through to their customer service people. Finally after waiting for 45 minutes, I talked to a representative who told me that I would be reimbursed if I returned the products to an address in Salt Lake City, UT. I returned the products and my next credit card statement did show I was credited for both products, plus some foreign trasaction fees, HOWEVER, the statement also showed a new billing of $74.99 on 2/17 and $79.99 on 2/19. I called my credit card company and they got a Vitaderm/Aqualift representative on the phone who claimed the first charges were for my FREE trials because I had not cancelled them in 14 days. He said the trial items were actually full size products that I could not return since I had used them and not returned them within 14 days. I do not remember seeing anything about being charged full price for the free trial products or about automatically receiving any fure products.
