Noticing this was the second unauthorised tansaction from my account, I couldn't even get access to their website to cancel the order so having telephoned the USA to speak to them they informed me all the information for following orders and payments was detailed clearly 3 times on the website? Really? I didn't see any information regarding this. They told me the only way to ccel is by telephoning them and there is no internet access to allow you to cancel! Still have no products to sho for my money though and they have refused to refund anything! This is NOT a free trial people and worse of all, it doesn't work...
