Crazy—they are calling me every day-i haven't gotten mail just calls. How can i make them stop

I see Asset Acceptance on my caller ID every day. I have read that they sue people who don't even know about it. They say that they have served you with an order to appear in court and then they get a judgement against you. Does anyone have any ideas on how to to handle this

I have not recieved any mail from them just these calls.
