They con you into a free trial offer for $3.95 to try their product. A month to the day that they sent you the product (not the date you actually received the product) they charge your account $54.99 for the free trial offer. They don't even warn you nor give you the actual 30 days that you have had the product. You are supposed to try it out for 30 days and if you do not like it, return it. I didn't even have it for 30 days when they charged my account. When you call to find out why your account was charged, they tell you that you should have read the "fine print". The free trial is NOT a free trial. It is their way of conning you. They were set to send me another bottle and charge me another fee within days of charging me for the trial offer. I cancelled immediately.incidently, the product is worthless. It did nothing to my face and I don't even have wrinkles. It is a useless and expensive product.
