I purchased a ring from there website. When i received it, it was not at all as advertised so i sent it back for a refund 7 days later. I was told i would receive my refund within 3 days of it's return. After 2weeks of still no refund and many e-mails to the company, they claimed they never received it so i should contact my post office with an insurance claim for lost property. I went to our post office and they provided me with copies of the delivery confirmation along with a copy of the signature of the person who received it, the company will now not answer any of my requests for a refund.
