I was sold a car and the broke down the very next day and the dealer would not fix the car of give me my money back. The car has been breaking down since I got the car... Dealer hangs up in my face use profanity and had me to tow the car to his lot and then started to send me a certified abandonment letter in less than 24 hour car had not been on lot... He would not give me the keys. Had to call the cops to get the keys... So that he could not say I abandoned the car... He lied about a 3 month, 3000 mile warranty... Today is 2/21 and the car was purchased on 2/15, but I received it 2/16.. Took the car to the shop and was told that transmission was slipping
