I ordered their test offer for each totaling $10.36 on Dec. 29th. I received the 2 products - but they did nothing for me, so I did not order anything further.
I have just received my visa bill and find they have charged me for both items on Jan. 13 (total - $166.82) and again on Feb. 12 (total - $162.99) They were not authorized to charge me for these products, as I did not order them - and further - I have not received them! What do I do now?
