Ooked airline tickets for aitran thru ORBITS... Paid 630.00.. For tickets and insurance. Pmt went thru my bank acct... Money for the insurance money was never given to insurance company... Orbitz never gave it to them... There was a problem with the booking... Was notified of this 2 days later... insurance would of covered this... Talked to insurance comy. Says no record of payment... Now orbits want's me to pay them 150.00 for the change... Asked them about the insurance. They have no answer... Asked to speak to supervisor... Same person Ashley keeps getting on... They have no explanations... They just want 150.00...
