Trans was bought on Ebay and arrived way behind schedule. Trans was for 4 wheel drive when i ordered 2 wheel. Mr. Brant agreed to pay me $200.00 to have output shaft changed to save time as i was in real bind time wise. He said this would be less expensive for him than shipping another one. Guess what? He never sent me anything. I installed trans and guess what? It only had second gear, would not shift. He instructed me to pull pan and swap my old shift solenoids and try. Guess what? It still did not shift. Mr. Brant then instructed me to try putting in my old valve body. I did this. Guess what? It still did not shift. From here on out Mr. Brant would not answer my calls. I got a recording saying voice mail full so i could not leave a message. After being worn out laying on my back in oil i drove the truck 40 miles in second gear to nearest tranny shop. After a days work they found a defective used part he had installed I had not tried my old one because I didn't have right o-rings. Trans worked fine with half my old parts in it. The defective part is called the pressure switch manifold. Mr. Brant agreed to give me half my money back by a specific date. That date has come and gone. I am writing this complaint hoping to put this crook out of business.
