I bid on a rebuilt tranny for my 1993 trans am
back in dec 07 the auction was for a
700r4 or 4l60e trans which ever you needed
once i won it i contacted a salesman that worked there
at the time named dj told him what car i had and he
said i needed a 4l60e me not wanting to argue with a pro
on transmissions i said ok i guess they put elctric shifts in the 93 trans am so he sends me the 4l60e
while waiting for it to come in we pull the old one out the car and realize it wasn't electric
so i get it in and call them they made me pay the shipping to send it back and the 700r4 sent to me i did that i get the 700 and it has the wrong plug in the side
the wrong tail shaft housing and the wrong speed sensor gear i called to tell them this and there solution was for me to take the parts off my old one and swap them myself i don't know why but i said ok and in the process i find out the valve body they sent in it will not work with this car so they want to send me the valve
body now and let me swap it once again i agreed and i did it once it was all together i tried to drive the car
and it would not shift out of first gear i called to let scott yaslow know this and he tells me to take it
out and send it to him i think everyone knows pulling a trans out of a late model trans am is a day long project
anyway he tells me ssend it to him and he will make sure i did not abuse it and he will fix it if it wasn't my fualt i told him he better not tell me i broke it considering i never drove the car i then shipped it to them in march 08 it sat at the fedex terminal untill the end of april becuase the dumb ass sectratary desire never paid the shipping so in the mean time i'm calling scott to find out whats going on and he tells me they opened it and i abused the trans that same day i get a letter in the mail from fedex saying that they are going to auction off my package so that tells me that scott was lying to begin with cuase he didn't even have my trans here it is the begining of may 08 and i still don't have a trans i bought in dec 07
