They didn't mention any processing charges in the commercial or online or on the telephone automated service. I tried calling to cancel order, can't get in touch with anyone. They have no customer service or e-mail address to cancel the order. I had to call my credit card company to cancel the charge. This has taken me a better part of 1 1/2 hrs. I will now have to keep track that my credit card isn't charged as they only have automated telephone service on Sunday (unless you want to wait on the telephone for 1/2 hr). What is world coming to, you can't speak to a human anymore; so frustrating. I think I'll do without if I have to order online from now on.
