I ordered the free 14 days trial, but, didn't realise that they would actually take £112.50 a mth from your bank account a day later and every mth thereafter, even if you did not want the product. I cancelled the order on the phone within 2 days of receipt, it was an automated answerphone message with a convoluted cancellation process
that failed to provide a returns number so that it has not been possible to return the goods thus far.
Either cancel your bank account or cancel your debit card/credit card to prevent recurrent charges. Can we recover what was paid?
