I had a trial for product cost £4.95 for postage. On the 17th another package arrived which I dont want or asked for, I then noticed on the enclosed leaflet the terms I had apparently signed up for. I got the link off facebook and in their advertisement there was no information regarding a regular monthly payment to be taken out of my credit card. I tried to telephone nutrascience but they kept asking for the phone number I used to order the goods but I had ordered online!
Next, I tried their website but the email I sent was returned. I need to contact them to get a returns label as there is no return address on the package.
I contacted my credit card company and they cancelled my account and will try to get my money back for me. If anyone knows how I can contact them hassle free I would be very grateful.
