I ordered a face cream and face serum on line and had to pay £2.97 and £2.99 for p&p. I received the products 2 weeks later. Today I have received my bank statement to find that £74.95 and £79.99 have been taken from my account. I have spoken to this company this morning and it said that in the terms and conditions of the contract that I had 14 and 16 days to try the products seperately and because I hadn't contacted them to cancel my contract (never entered any contract with them, just thought I was getting free gifts) they had now billed me for the full price of the products. My bank have now cancelled my card so I won't get scammed any further but I now have to bear the cost of this myself, which I can ill afford and have the added inconvenience of waiting for a new card. Hard lesson learned.
