Ordered in December free sample-anti-wrinkle cream& was charged £5.97 & also ordered serum at £2.95. Both products were delivered approx 1 week later. (I felt I must have mis-read details as I was charged £5.95 for cream!) Then last friday 3rd. Feb I received delivery of another serum, which I did not order, alarm bells rang, as I had watched BBC`s Rip-Off Britain documentary re. Face cream scams, on previous monday. This monday, 6 Feb, 12. Visit to my Bank disclosed this company had withdrawn throughout January, from my account, without my permission, approx£230, in three amounts. One of; £79.95 & £74.95 (twice). I was devastated that this should happen& very upset.-I felt violated. I am very careful with money, especially as I have a limited pension!
