Free trial for postage $5.96 & $2.95. No terms & conditions showing. Then unauthorised debits of $49.28, $77.29, $72.42, I cancelled my card and these amounts are in dispute. I received today a reply from this company:
Dear Customer,
We thank you for your email.
As per your request, we have cancelled your subscriptions (Perfect Radiance, RevitaDerm, Rejuvanew) and, as from today, you will no longer be billed.
Concerning your refund, unfortunately we cannot proceed with your request.
Please allow us to explain how our program works.By placing your order for one of our products you accepted the terms and conditions of our free-trial offer.
You subscribed to a 30-day supply of each product ordered for which you had a free-trial period that began at the time of your order. You had until the end of the trial, which differs for each product, to cancel your subscription. You would have only then been responsible for the shipping costs.
Not cancelling your subscription within the allocated free-trial period resulted in the billing of the full amount of Perfect Radiance, RevitaDerm and RejuvaNew.

NB: Am still disputing this, have not sent unopened product back because then I have nothing to show for the dollars. Really just want to warn others to be careful whom they trust. Money back would be good, however, a lesson learned.
