I ordered a power brake booster with master cylinder for my 1968
mustang. The part arrived the day we were leaving for Spokane for
a wedding. We were there for a week. Awhen we returned home, we got news of a death of my niece, and we returned to Spokane for her funeral. Severl days latter we came back home and I found
the part was the wrong one. I called parts geek and was told to return it and I would be refunded on my Credit card. When I got the
refund notice, I was charged 33.68 for restocking, shipping, and tax. I called, no answer, phone was not picking up. Thier misstake cost me money that they shipped the wrong parts. I feel they should stand up and eat the money that it cost me for the wrong parts. It cost me 17.00 to ship it back becaus of thier error. Will I ever recomend them for anything. NO, I would of given them another chance to make it right, but not now, I feel like I have been taken addvantage of and they don't deserve another chance.
