Had a Urban Outfitters Gift Card in the amount of $215.00 sent to Cardpool and get money for card my daughter didn't want card. Went online put info in on card said we would get 151.20 for card she said it was ok she wasnt going to use card anyway. Sent card to company got an email stating the card only had amount of 18.59 on card, totally impossible we checked more than once the card before sending. Would have never sent a card worth 18.59 when there website states on cards under 25.00 balance. There is no address for this company or phone number either. Emailed them numberous times kept getting same story. I know for a fact there was 215.00 on ard not 18.59. Tired of being scammed everyone has got a scam going on. I filed a complaint with BBB also.
