I originally intended to order a pair of heels online for my sister after black friday sale as a gift but couldn't decide which size (6 or 6.5) would fit her best. I decided to call piperlime's customer service rep to have them assist me in my order. I was told I had 2 options, order both or order one and exchange for the right size. As I live in Hawaii, shipping during the holidays takes longer than usual to receive and her birthday was coming up (12/15) so of course I'd rather take the route to order both sizes to be safe. I was told I could return both pairs anytime I wanted to if it didn't work out. So I assumed they honored the same system Nordstrom, zappos, etc had - "free shipping free returns all the time". On my part, I should've confirmed the policy on their online website. Who would've known this rep didn't know what they were talking about? I called today asking if the made any exceptions for returns that reach a little over 30 days. Her answer didn't address my question at all and she said it in a rude irritable tone. So now I'm stuck with two pairs of heels that do not fit well.
