I am currently sitting on hold, yet again, for piperlime's incompetence! I have ordered my son a pair of shoes in the size 12 toddler, they have sent that pair of shoes in a 12 kids, twice! Apparently, no one can read a labels. Customer service feels like riding a merry go round! My advice, if you can get them elsewhere, even for a few more dollars, it's worth it.
