I too fell for the free offer for what I thought was $4.95. Shortly thereafter I found a $119.00 charge in my bank. Unfortunately I got at least three friends to also order.By the time my sister got hers it had changed the name to Ecig and according to Regal many companies use this web site so my sister was stuck. I'm sure Regal has covered their asses with legal mumbo jumbo but I found this to all be very deceiving and wrong. It is cheaper to just go to a smoke shop.
