I placed an order for 1 month supply of tablets on 20.01.12 with a guarantee of 2-3 days from an e mail i received the same day. I sent another e mail on 27.01.12 as i still had not received my goods. I rang on 01.02.12 to get an update and they said they would check and let me know. 01.02.12 i received an e mail informing me that they had shipped new stock and i would have it within 1 week. 08.02.12 still had not heard anything. 13.02.12 rang again and i was told it was being looked into and i would have wouldl be passed on to the relevant people who would ring me back. So here i am 16.02.12 rang again and was told there was no one available to speak to me and could they log a call and ring me back. I demanded to speak to the manager, teh line went very silent and after abount 30 seconds was told they were not available as tehy were busy, i said i would hold. The Indian guy on the other end of the phone told me that i could not hold and if i did he would hang up on me, when iasked for his name he refused and said he would pass on my details for someone to contact me and that was all he could do
