I fell for this advert for slimming pills when it popped up on my Face Book page! I ordered both sets of tablets on a free trial just paying £2.49 for each bottle for delivery. When the slimming pills arrived the letter said that I would be charged £69.95 per bottle after the 3 months trial. I immediately telephoned the company and said I wanted to send them back. I was given 2 RMA numbers to return the items. I sent them recorded next day delivery they received the items on the 15th September and they proceeded to take £139.95 out of my bank account on the 17th September. I rang the company to check they had received the goods etc and asked why they had still taken the money??? Eventually after a long battle they agreed to refund the money, however they informed me that this would take 3 to 5 working days. I rang my bank who told me to contact them again asking why this would take so long and why they couldnt do a BACS transfer. I had to ring 3 times and speak to 3 call advisers who say the same respnse every time. I kept asking to be put through to a Supervisor or Manager and was constantly told they could deal with the call and there was no need to speak to any one else. I will await by repayment and then I have been advised by my bank to cancel my card and get a new one as they suspect this problem may occur again. There have obviously been a lot of problems with this company!!! Do not be fooled!!!
