I recieved a scratch ticket in the mail and won second prize of $200000 us dollars. After i rang them to ask what to do next they rang me back several times from diffrent mobile phone numbers and finally i was asked to ring a gentleman by the name of tony fony of the hong kong trust who told me i had to pay an amount of 2700 u. S dollars to release the funds. Itold him i was not paying nor do you need to pay if you win and then i told him good bye. The original man rang me back and tried to explain why i needed to pay and started arguing with me when i hung up they kept trying to phone me back.
