It Acutallu began in October. We were contacting mr J Wilson with the co. They claimed that we qualified for a loan modification which we needed at that time. We decided to to that thinking as we were told by them them that it had to been done by a law group. The fee to them was $600 immediatley and four payments each two weeks after that. However in the contract that we received clearly stated that if they could not get the modification to go through that we would receive all but 600.00 back to us immediatly. It took over a year for them to work with HSBC. We were being told over and over that the modification was denied Due to lack of information. They still took weeks each time to let us know this. Each month they were calling saying they needed more info and it was always the info that they received previously. We were told by mr. Wilson to stop the payments to our mortgage company and that they would take care of that. HERE WE ARE A YEAR later The mortgage company denied it again. However the mortgage co. Has offered us a repayment plan with them only. JWILSON law group sends us a letter claiming it was a modification on our loan. This is the modification. HSBC has requested $4200 now $2400. For
18 months. Our payments prior to getting caught up with lis law group our payments were $1400 a month. This was not a modification and we did not and will not sign, this very short letter that is no even in contract form. We are now losing our home because we cannot come up with the money that the mortgage companys needs in order for us to keep our home. We were only a partial payment behind on our mortgage before JSmith law group contacted us.
I am asking you to please check this out, I have all documents that we signed and also the so called letter for signatures that they requested trying to have us admit that they had a modification complete... Please try and help us with asap. We are still trying to get the money together to try and save our home. Please let people know of this company. THEY ARE NOT FOR THE PEOPLE.
