I ordered 3 different trial products from a pop up each product averaged about $5.00. Next thing I know they are sending me boxes of product.By the time I figured out what was going on and could reach a representative (usually on hold for 10 minutes), additional products were sent and I was charged again. Between Dec 16 and Feb 1st I have been charged over $400. All but 1 product is unopened. I did manage to get Aura Vie to refund me once they receive my package but Nu Product was not only rude but are refusing to refund me the full amount-and I still will not get refunded until I send the product back at my expense. I have not even called purasilk yet because I just saw the charge on my statement
