As with the other customers of Pura Silk... There is NO getting your money back from this scam. It was never told to me that I had to call within a given period to cancel my AUTOMATIC BILLING for additional product. When I called to get a R/A number to send back the product, I was told there would be NO refund but they would take my name off the AUTOMATIC shipment and I would not receive additional product. I will call my credit card company to try to block any additional charges from this company and also try to get my money refunded through Discover Card. I'm sure there will be no guarantee but I'll try anyway.
