Refuse to replace a part t6he is cover ubder the service contract #21825229 under the contract the part would not be replaced if it was a shock the part is clearly shone as a sturt. After call other dealer they agree it is a strut not a shock i have the the service date it was inspected by the dealer (westbury, jeep, chrysler) the car has 6 year-70.00 mile plan provisions
