In november i brought in my 2002 jeep grand cherokee for problems with the heat. The heat would blow cold air while the digital thermostat is on a high heat temperature! I brought it to westbury jeep located at 110 state street in westbury ny and up until this day august 8th the heat still blows cold air, they "claim" they put 4 new shocks in the car which is pure b.S. Because when you go over a speed bump in the car you almost bang your head on the ceiling of the car and this is at 5 miles an hour! Stay away from this dealer!
Highly unrecommended for anyone on the face of the earth. If you want worthless service done on your car that ususally takes about 3 days they do it in a year! There loaners are dirty disgusting cars or trucks that have cloth seats and no sunroof. Beware to everyone out there on long island dont get caught up in there crazy criminal activity. They always make it sound like there so wonderful and 5 star and elite but thats all just a crock. This dealer will raise your blood pressure! Dont buy a car from them dont have any type of service done here ever! This dealer makes daimler chrysler's good name and reputation look horrible. I have never seen such a wonderful team of vandals and criminals.
If you want to have your service done i would suggest gas stations at this point becuase you will get your car back from them with the foul odor of cigarettes and body odor. They love to take customers cars joyriding every time we get the car back it has about 120 miles put on it.
Anyways if you dont want your car destroyed by this dealer stay away forever!
Dont call, dont write, dont buy a car or have service done at this disgraceful "5 star dealer"
