I called WatchIndia. TV many times for not receiving my TV box. I signed on April 24'th and finally June 4'th i called customer support to cancel my account. Person said he will send me email with cancellation number but i never received any email from him. Today i called again and asked i never received cancellation number, last time person said he will charge 17$ for one month and 17$ for cancellation charge that means total $34. But when i called today talked with Bharat, he said your account hasn't canceled yet, and you have to pay $99 for box and $54 for 2 months and one month cancellation.
Just check your recorded conversation on June 4 'th for cancellation of my account request.
I told him i am not going to pay that much, I will pay only $34 even though i never used because i never received TV box. He said i don't know how to handle this Please send an email to customer service. I asked whether i can talk any Manager he said there is no one here.
What kind of business are you doing? This is cheating to customer. I told last time June 4'th my credit card i used that is calcelled please refund my money to new Credit card but this person said he can't do that, they can refund only to credit card whichever used.
Please help me and let me know management phone number.
I need an answer ASAP.
