I've been an extended standing client of Carrot Ink. The newest black capsule I bought from their store released within the printer (HP 970 CSE) once the printer wasn't being used. The printer released within the printer onto the enterprise panels and ruined them. Carrot Ink (Kristen in customer support) declined to recognize that their item was faulty and will not purchase fix/alternative of the printer.
