I signed up for a FREE trial of hgc diet products x 2 which was going to cost for p & p £2.97 and £2.95 back in the beginning of January. I did not receive any products but subsequently had two more amounts taken from my bank account for £74.95 then £68.76. I went to my bank to stop further payments being taken out, but as I had signed up for the products it was classed as a complaint against the company and not a fraudulent transaction, evn though I recieved nothing, as the 14 day trial had ended I was charged for the next lot of product which I havent recieved. My bank contacted the company but I have no contact details to contact them myself to claim my money back. I have to give the company 15 days to resolve the issue but quite franklly even if I get the products through I do not want to keep them due to thier dishonest conduct in business. Please advice me how I can get my money back. Thankyou
