I like many others ordered a trail size beauty product for which I paid only postage. Today to my surprise they have taken out 2 payments of £97 from my account. I logged into the company website to see a section about refilling the product automatically if they do not receive the trial products back within 14 day's. I never saw that information when I originally ordered the trial size product and if I had do so I would have known not to go ahead as I wouldn't have been around to send back in that time period. I contacted my bank immediately who said they will try and claim the money back for me and stop any further payments going out to the company.
I am totally confused as to what to do about the trial size products now. Could anyone advice me?
