I recieved a pop up on my PC advertising Pure Collegen anti wrinkle and a free trial where I had to pay postage and packaging. I recieved the free trial and not long after more products started arriving. I felt there was something wrong and knew to check my bank statements and I found that they had taken more payments that the postatge and packaging they took £73.94 for stuff they sent without me ordering them. My daughter under 16 years of age signed for this and therefore I was unable to present to refuse the delivery. I never gave permission for this and this is a scam and amounts to fraud and theft. They have not got any evidence to say I agree to or ordered these products but felt it was alright to just use my bank account details. I have tried to contact this company to stop any more deliveries but found only email contact details and completed the request but I am not holding my breath.
