An advertisement came up at the right hand side of my laptop about losing weight it was known as the cheryl cole diet.
I applied for a FREE trial product on 6 july all i paid was £10 delivery fee in which i was happy to do... But i NEVER recieved the product.
On 21 july i noticed £122.50 come out of my bank account, i only found out who had taken my money by the off chance their phone number was on my bank statement.
I phoned the company and asked for an explenation on why they took that amount of money and they told me if i didnt phone the company within 2 weeks of recieving the products then i would be charged, when i told them i never recieved the products they told me to wait abit longer and to go down my local post office in which i did and still nothing.
Its taken nearly 3 months to get a refund on the products that wasnt recieved in which i still have not got back, when i phone the company they fobb me off and put me on hold. I think its a absolute disgrace on the way i have been treated and i'd also like a full refund.
