I ordered a pair of bottles which I received. I then received another pair which I have agreed to return. My credit card was charged with four amounts on different dates totalling £309.70

Several different offers were made. They increased when I mentioned Barclaycard, the Trading Standards Officer and the Police.
Finally I was offered a full refund of all four amounts.
