I have 3 lines and whenever one line was updated they would tell me if I get this plan then it would eliminate the one line (571-969-9648) from going over with the text messages. Twice I changed the plan, after upgrading the above line, to prevent the overage of text messages and still I was paying for overage on the above number. I was also paying an extra 10 a month for text messages. The final straw was at the end of December when the phone, Iphone 4, wasn't working and I took it to the verizon center in Alexandria, Va. We showed it to the representatives and they confirmed that the phone needed to be replaced. They gave me a new phone and said to wait on the box to return the old phone. When the box came with the return label, the phone was mailed. Then when I go to pay the bill, I see that they've added a charge of 299.00 to my bill for the phone. I called and they said that the phone was damaged. I explained that the phone wasn't damaged when we took it to the verizon store and neither was it damaged when it was mailed. Verizon has been overcharging me for years now and I'm tired of it. I want them to remove the 299 charge and the charge for over texting.
