Ordered the "free trial" on line; I read where they would keep sending and charging if not cancelled. I thought the telephone number listed on the site was an Australian number but no; since the products had been sent from the UK, I added their country code, again no; finally tried the USA country code where I was left waiting for 15 minutes for the next available operator. Finally cancelled the orders... But now realize that the next supply of the facial creams have been charged to my credit card. The products only arrived last week and they do NOT have any company contact details etc with them. It is hard work trying to track this company down.
I thought I had managed to cancel the order in time, but again NO, it is 27 days since my initial order was placed, lets hope the order is stopped and the credit card refunded.
