A few weeks ago I placed two orders with them, one of which I cancelled. I received confirmation from one of their customer service "reps" that the order was indeed terminated (three weeks ago). Yet today, Jan. 19th my account was charged $50 for the said cancelled order. My account will be overdrawn as I'm a poor college student *l* but I do keep track of my finances. This will overdraw my account. I attempted FOUR times via email on their on-site "contact us" form, plus left a message on their machine (to what I THINK was the correct phone number, they conveniently don't have a phone number listed on their site)... To no avail.
Plus the company enjoys charging you when you place your order, then the next day crediting your account with no emails/contact to you so it looks as if the order was cancelled. Then we they ship (at their convenience) THEN they charge you. It's a poor business. And I'm ready to take legal action if my credit card is not refunded in the next 24hrs.
