Purchased a free trial sample of perfect radiance and also Revitaderm on the same day. Revitaderm acknowledged my order but perfect radiance did not. My credit card was stopped later that day by the credit card company and asked me to verify sales to the card. I verified my purchases and they warned me that this may be a scam and to contact both companies to cancel the orders and advise both companies that I only ordered free trials and did not want further delivereries. I could only do this with Revitaderm and therefore emailed them. With regards to Perfect Radiance, not having received an email I could not reply so tried to telephone them only to find out that I needed a customer order number which I did not have, and the phone cut me off. I have been advised by my credit card company that they will help me to recover my losses if I can prove I have cancelled, unfortunately I am unsure at this stage if this will work!
