Purchased a DNG superpad from Zoomafx, (through groupon) when I finally received it, it did not work, I emailed them, they informed me I would have to wait until Jan 5 to get a claim number to return the pad to them to determine if broken or not. When trying to contact them from Jan 5 on they no longer replied to any emails, their number was out of service. Luckily for me Groupon took care and credited me back, but I am sure many other people have been taken by this company.
